NOTE: This fatass/race (or non-race) is a labor of love by runners who want to help fellow runners train for their future races and to provide a venue for members of the running, trail running, and ultrarunning community to gather and enjoy a fun event without the expensive cost. This is a non-profit event and the organizers are not planning to earn anything out of this. Proceeds of this event will be donated to benefit the park.
