AMENITIES
**This is a CUPLESS Race! As trail runners, our goal is to leave the trails in the same shape we found them. This means that the aid station at the start/finish of each loop will have plenty of water/gatorade, but you will need to carry your own hydration system (handheld water bottle, fuel belt, vest, etc). BEER NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
The aid station tent will be fully stocked and will include a variety of typical aid station fare such as PBJ sandwiches, cookies, chips, bananas, etc.
There is a pit bathroom at the start/finish area.

RULE
Only full loops will be counted. On the last hour of each race, the final loop time will be recorded and used to break a tie or rank each runner.

CREWS AND PACERS
Runners may have crew and can access them ONLY through the start/finish area. Nowhere else along the course will crew be allowed to help their runners.
Pacers will be allowed for all runners on all events, but only one pacer is allowed at a given time.
